Our Story
Adam Blake grew up in Asheville and has spent his career here. With a background in forestry and outdoor leadership, he started Asheville Gutter Cleaning in 2011 with a straightforward goal: provide honest, reliable exterior maintenance services to WNC homeowners and do it well.
His forestry background gave him a practical understanding of how WNC’s climate — the rainfall, the vegetation, the moisture — interacts with structures and exterior surfaces in ways that matter for maintenance. That knowledge shapes how we work.
Over a decade later, AGC is still doing exactly that — with the same commitment to quality, the same local ownership, and the same people-first approach to the work. The business has grown, but the fundamentals haven’t changed.

We tell you what we find and recommend what’s actually needed. If your gutters just need cleaning, that’s all we’ll recommend. If something needs repair, we’ll show you why. We don’t upsell work that isn’t warranted.
